Tiivistelmä
This thesis aims to create an instructional video for nursing students about physical activities during pregnancy. In the meantime, the video's purpose is to help in motivating pregnant women to be engaged in physical activities. The project comprised four distinct stages: planning, creation, implementation, and review. The Environmental Theory of Nursing serves as the foundation for the video that provides nurses with instructions on how to facilitate physical activity for pregnant women.
Collaboration with multimedia professionals enhanced the quality of video creation and production, thereby effectively addressing the educational needs of nursing students. To ensure the content, accuracy, and educational value of the video, ethical standards were upheld, as evidence-based information, and feedback throughout the video development process.
Nursing students can enhance their skills in advising pregnant women on safe exercise practices by using this video, which thus serves as a valuable resource for nursing students and professionals. This project enhanced nursing education by developing valuable educational materials and fostering collaborative initiatives that introduced innovative concepts.
