SMT-prosessin dokumentointi sekä ladontalinjojen kehityskohteiden etsiminen

Abstract

Opinnäytetyö toteutettiin Scanfil EMS Oy:n toimeksiannosta syksyllä 2008. Työn valvojana työyhteison puolelta toimi Pekka Myllykoski, jonka toimenkuva Scanfil-konsernissa on SMT prosessin esimies. Hän on myös tehtaan työsuojelupäällikkö. Ammattikorkeakoulun puolelta valvojana toimi dipl.ins. Ritva Saviluoto.

Työn aiheena oli SMT-ladontaprosessin dokumentointi sekä ladontalinjan kehityskohteiden etsiminen. Tarkoitus oli kartoittaa SMT-prosessin dokumentoinnin nykytilanne, luoda tai muokata dokumentit ajan tasalle sekä päivittää yrityksen tietojärjestelmään. Lisäksi tavoitteena oli löytää kehityskohteita prosessiin, jotka toisivat lisää kustannustehokkuutta.

Työn tuloksena syntyi helppolukuinen puumainen dokumenttirakenne. Kaikki työntekijät voivat selata dokumentteja yrityksen sisäisestä verkosta. Lisäksi löytyi useita eri kehityskohteita, joista informoitiin yrityksen johtoa.

This thesis was implemented by commission of Scanfil EMS LTD during fall 2008. Thesis inspector on the work community side was Mr. Pekka Myllykoski, whose job description at Scanfil concern is SMT process supervisor. He is also the work safety manager of the plant. M.Sc. Ritva Saviluoto worked as inspector on the side of University of applied sciences.

The topics of the thesis were documentation of SMT process and finding some implementation targets of the process. Intentions were to map out the present state of documentation of SMT process, to create or edit documents up-to-date and update them to the company's information system. Additionally there was a minor mission to find implementation targets of the process, which would increase cost-efficiency of the line.

As a result of thesis the tree-like document structure, which is easy to read were created. All employees of the company are able to read those documents via company's intranet. Furthermore many of implementation targets were found. They were reported to the management of the company.
