Tiivistelmä
The core objective of the OutAdvEd project is to concretely demonstrate how Outdoor Adventure Education (OAE) can support and enhance Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) within the context of Physical Education (PE). The project aims to develop a comprehensive Teacher’s Guide, compiling well-suited activities along with their corresponding pedagogical foundations. This guide is intended to serve both high school PE teachers and academic students who aspire to become PE teachers and want to work with adolescents.
As part of the project’s development, an activity testing event titled LTT2 (Learning, Teaching, and Training event number two) was held in Seville, Spain. Following this event, all participants were asked to complete a survey evaluating the quality of the programme as a whole and the effectiveness of each activity. The author of this thesis was directly involved in the project, contributing to the preparation and facilitation of selected activities.
This thesis focuses on analyzing the feedback data collected during and after the LTT2 event, with the aim of generating targeted development suggestions—particularly in relation to the activities designed and delivered by the university team of HUMAK.
