Tiivistelmä
The development and maintenance of successful collaborations between SMEs and multinational corporations (MNCs) is examined in this thesis. For the benefit of Real Value Trading & Service Ltd., the study attempts to pinpoint the critical elements that facilitate long-term, mutually beneficial cooperation.
The study is based on research on SME–MNC partnerships, with an emphasis on knowledge sharing, relationship management, motivations, and challenges. Interviews with the case study's company, a survey of its suppliers and partners, and a cooperative workshop to look at the business's actual operations were all part of the qualitative case study methodology.
The results emphasize the significance of trust, cultural flexibility, strategic alignment, and outside assistance like government incentives. The study ends with suggestions for enhancing internal procedures and cooperative innovation in SME–MNC partnerships.
