Tiivistelmä
This thesis explores the impact of remote work on transformational organizational change, particularly focusing on leadership and management practices. The study aims to identify key factors influencing employees in remote environments and assess how managerial strategies can adapt to these changes.
Through qualitative research, including literature analysis and six interviews as primary methods, this research provides insights into the challenges and opportunities remote work presents for managers. Findings suggest that organizations must shift from traditional command-and-control structures to more flexible, technology-driven, and people-centered approaches to remain competitive in the evolving work landscape.
