This study aims to develop a booking management system designed for businesses related to the tourism industry. The main goal of the project is to improve reservation operations, manage customer information, and coordinate services effectively.
The project is built towards a user-friendly interface, easy to access for users. The system using Vue.js for the frontend, Node.js for the backend to handle logic and API management and MySQL for the database. Key functionalities include online booking, admin can directly query through the management system, real time booking status updates and email notifications.
This project highlights the effective integration of modern web technologies to build a secure, intuitive, and responsive management system. Its implementation supports the digitalization process within the hospitality sector by providing a flexible platform that can be adapted and expanded in the future.
