Tiivistelmä
The study was conducted to explore consumer perception and behaviour towards sustainable clothing among international students in Finland. The study investigates how attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioural control influence consumer choices in the context of sustainability. Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) used as a guiding framework for the study. For the literature review, existing data from sustainability was broadly reviewed. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire targeting international students in Finland.
The findings reveal a growing awareness of sustainable fashion among international students in Finland. Branding and marketing play a crucial role in shaping awareness. But it implies a limited direct influence on purchasing decisions.
