Tiivistelmä
Restaurant businesses should understand customer choices because this helps them adjust products and services to align with expectations while increasing quality and enhancing pricing plans. Research focuses on discovering primary elements that shape consumer preference choices within the Finnish restaurant sector. The research implemented a quantitative method to collect information through survey data, providing two empirical results about restaurant selection preferences. Most consumers select their restaurant for dining out based on their judgment of meal quality. Good food quality consistently emerges as the primary reason for customer retention. Overall, the re-search provides significant insights about consumer preferences, which guide Finnish restaurants to deliver better service to maintain industry competitiveness while adapting to market trends.
