This thesis aims at creating a business plan for a sushi buffet restaurant model in the central mall in Viet Nam. The primary purpose of this research is to write based on available knowledge and exploration and discovery experiences, analyzing business plan structure to create a business plan and idea.
This thesis covers the theoretical part of ethnic culinary trends in Ho Chi Minh city, the operation of the company, and the project, and expounds on the future development prospects and financing requirements of the product market, competition, and risks.
Market forecast for the sushi restaurant project whether there is demand for the product (service), what is the degree of demand, whether it can bring the expected benefits to the enterprise, how large the market is, what is the future development trend, what are the influencing factors, and the current competitive landscape facing the enterprise, who are the main competitors and so on.
This research has combined the characteristics of consumers, product characteristics, the company's own situation, and market environment factors, fully considering the feasibility of the strategy implementation.
