Hankinnan imuohjaus Hirviset Oy:lle

Abstract

Tämä opinnäytetyö tehtiin Lestijärvellä toimivalle puusepänliike Hirviset Oy:lle. Hirviset Oy:n nykyinen ostotoiminta perustuu asiakkaan lähettämaan tilaukseen, jonka perusteella ostotoimet on tehty.

Tämän opinnäytetyön tavoitteena on muuttaa ostotoiminnat imuohjautuvaksi eli varastoja täydennetaan kulutuksen mukaan. Lisäksi tavoitteena oli saada imuohjaus helposti hallittavaksi.

Työn alussa käsiteltiin aiheeseen liittyvää kirjallisuutta, jossa käytiin läpi muun muassa tuotannonohjaukseen ja materiaalienohjaukseen liittyviä asioita.

Opinnäytetyön tuloksena saatiin Hirviset Oy:lle kehitettyä hankinnan imuohjaus ratkaisu Excel-ohjelmaa apuna käyttäen.

This thesis was commissioned by Hirviset Oy. The Current purchasing ofHirviset Oy is based on the orders of the customers. The purchasing operations are done on the basis of the orders.

The aim of this thesis is to change purchasing operations so that they will be based on suction control. In other words, stocks are filled according to consumption. In addition, the aim was to get the suction control easily directed.

The related literature concerning the facts about the production management and the materials management is reviewed at the beginning of the thesis

As a result of this thesis, A suction control based solution for purchasing was developed for Hirviset Oy with the help of Excel-program.
