Tiivistelmä
Cloud computing provides several opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) including cost advantages, relative competitive advantages and strategic flexibility. Despite these ad-vantages SMEs are slow in adopting these technologies due to un-derstandable concerns such as security and privacy concerns, provider reliability and regulatory issues. Recognizing and examining these obstacles is essential for developing strategies that support successful cloud integration. Thus, in this thesis, we conducted a systematic literature review to identify the factors that affect cloud adoption in SMEs. Based on the most prevailing factors, we then suggest practical guidance as well as direction for future research.
