Tiivistelmä
Cross-border e-commerce is growing quickly in Pakistan and Bangladesh, providing access to international markets and new economic prospects. Because it targets global consumers, promotes products, and fosters cross-border trust, digital marketing is essential to this expansion. Search engines and social media platforms are assisting local businesses in effectively reaching customers around the world. This study investigates how cross-border e-commerce, fueled by digital marketing, is boosting
international trade in both nations. This study analyses how cross-border e-commerce affects the economy. It looks at customer behavior, the benefits and drawbacks of international internet trade, and important issues including logistics and legislation. Major elements impacting internet shopping are also identified by the research. Lastly, it provides advice on effective digital marketing to assist companies in growing globally. The study used Webropol to conduct an online survey and gather quantitative data and feedback. Cross-border e-commerce is practiced by 54% of respondents from Pakistan and Bangladesh, according to the poll. Eighty percent of participants regarded trust in vendors as extremely important, supported by reviews and safe payments. Digital marketing had a significant impact on purchasing behavior, particularly through influencers and social media. Products like apparel and gadgets are in high demand, but there are still issues like expensive shipping and subpar delivery services.
