The purpose of this thesis is to examine how leaders can enhance resilience among multicultural Generation Z employees. The research focuses on identifying the cultural and generational differences and factors that influence resilience and how leadership should use this understanding to enhance resilience among their employees.
This research uses a qualitative research method, which allows for thorough analysis of cultural and generational nuances. The data is collected through an interview with an experienced leader of multicultural Generation Z employees. Erin Meyer’s Culture Map Framework functions as the theoretical framework for this research.
The results of the thesis show that Generation Z shows lower resilience than previous generations. The findings suggest that leaders should invest in understanding cultural and generational differences and adjust their leadership styles accordingly to enhance resilience in their employees.
