This thesis is about Flipkart, a big online shopping company in India. It explains how Flipkart uses marketing to get more customers and grow its business. Flipkart gives low prices, big discounts, and fast delivery. It also uses TV ads, social media, and special sales like Big Billion Days to attract people.
To learn more, a survey was done with 20 Flipkart users. One interview was also done with a Flipkart manager in Punjab. Results show that the people like Flipkart because it is affordable, easy to use, and has good customer service. Many people use the Flipkart app and trust the company. Reviews and the ratings are also very important for the customers when they are choosing the products.
The thesis also compares Flipkart with Amazon. It tells us that everyone likes Flipkart more when there are offers. The key findings are that Flipkart is excellent on prices, trust, and at delivery, but it also has same challenges like competition, high returns, and bad rural delivery. Lastly, the study provides ideas to help Flipkart growth, like giving better services in the smaller towns and more rewards to loyal customers, and the use of the AI to make shopping better.
