Abstract

The study explores various nuances of non-financial aspects of strategic investment decision-making and their effect on corporate financial performance. The findings show that not all the aspects of strategic investment decision-making can explain financial performance effectively. However, there the ‘firm strategy’ component is positively linked to the profitability growth and share price growth. Furthermore, management aspects can influence the financial performance.
