This thesis describes the design and implementation of an interactive web application developed for a vocal teacher, to support guided breathwork sessions. The aim of the project was twofold: to create a lightweight, browser-based tool that guides the user through timed breathing sequences, and to document the development process as an example of an iterative, client-driven software project.
The application was built as a single-page application (SPA) using Vue 3 and deployed on Vercel. The development followed an agile, iterative approach in which features were implemented in small increments and reviewed with the client. As a result, a functional and responsive application was produced, including customisable timing, visual guidance, dark/light mode and audio cues. A prospective extension using Firebase for authentication and preset storage was outlined.
The solution can be applied in similar client-driven web projects where low-cost deployment and rapid delivery are required.
