Workplace as a mental health supporter

Abstract

This thesis examines workplace well-being at Company X, focusing on how mental health support is experienced and implemented. Using a mixed methods approach, the study combines questionnaire data and secondary research to evaluate employee perspectives and organizational practices. Findings show that while many employees feel supported, inconsistencies in communication and inclusivity, particularly for neurodivergent individuals, persist. Positive outcomes were linked to open dialogue, proactive management, and accessible resources. Collaboration with Company X ensured practical relevance and impact, with results already influencing internal discussions. The study highlight the need for psychologically safe, inclusive workplaces and offers a foundation for further research and development in organizational well-being.
