This thesis examines the transition from Excel-based reporting to Power BI reporting at Kemira Chemicals’ Joutseno Factory, with a focus on improving reporting efficiency and enabling data-driven decision-making. The study explores both the benefits and challenges of adopting Power BI, highlighting its impact on organizational workflows and team collaboration.
