Tiivistelmä
This thesis explores the effect of user interface in moulding the consumer’s behaviour on business websites. With the digitalization of most businesses nowadays, we cannot deny the influence that UI design has on user engagement. In this study we will go through various design elements such as layout, colour schemes, and functionality, to analyse how they impact consumers' emotional responses and decision-making pro-cesses.
