Tiivistelmä
Digitalization promotes creativity and innovation, some arguments and prerequisite of competences demanded by the automation & work of the future. The mass adoption of connected digital services by consumers, enterprises, and governments has caused an exponential increase in automation of diverse systems. Digitalization, globalization, and workforce ageing with a rapid decline in routine work gives rise to new forms of work in future.

In the current digital transformation epoch, enterprises are gradually integrating cutting edge technologies to boost their business operations leveraging Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to deliver a greater value to their customers. This integration, while cardinal, poses significant organizational challenges in aligning AI and diverse software systems with strategic business objectives as well as the training and knowledge building of the workforce.

AI solutions are not only technically powerful, but also useful, human-centered, ethical, and aligned with real-world needs. Human-Centered framing of AI Problems Service Design helps define what problems AI should solve, from the perspective of Users, Controllers, Stakeholders & Ecosystems. This study seeks to examine how AI technologies are reshaping job roles, influencing workforce dynamics, and contributing to the creation of new employment opportunities across various sectors.

To achieve these objectives, the study adopts a mixed-methods approach to data collection, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Based on the combined analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, a comprehensive user-oriented AI training program will be proposed, which will facilitate AI Based learning.
