Rumpuhakkurin huolto-ohjelma

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli laatia Metsä Fibren rumpuhakkureille yhtenäinen huolto-ohjelma ja parantaa laitteen kestävyyttä sekä luotettavuutta. Työssä on käytetty mallina vanhaa laitevalmistajan laatimaa huolto-ohjelmaa, jota on muutettu yhdessä laitteen huollosta vastaavan henkilön kanssa vastaamaan todellisia tarpeita.

Aluksi työssä kerrotaan ennakkohuollosta sahateollisuudessa, rumpuhakkurin toiminnasta ja kriittisyydestä tehtaalla sekä mainitaan nykyiset huoltokäytännöt, jotka rumpuhakkuriin kohdistuvat.

Lopputuloksena saatiin päivitetty huolto-ohjelma, jonka pohjalta rumpuhakkuriin kohdistuvat huoltotoimenpiteet ja huoltovälit ovat selkeitä ja helpommin toteutettavissa. Opinnäytetyön liitteenä on huoltomiehen haastattelussa käytetyt kysymykset.

The aim for this thesis was to develop a combined maintenance program for Metsä Fibre’s drum chippers and to improve the durability and reliability of the equipment. The thesis used an old maintenance program created by the equipment manufacturer as a model, which was modified in collaboration with the person responsible for equipment maintenance to meet actual needs.

Thesis begins by describing preventive maintenance in the sawmill industry, the operation and criticality of drum chippers in factories and current maintenance practices for drum chippers.

The result was an updated maintenance program that makes the maintenance measures and intervals for the drum chipper clear and easier to implement. The questions used in the interview with the maintenance technician are included appendix to the thesis.
