The purpose of this research is to analyse the considerable impact of seasonal changes in climate sensitive regions as well as other regions, in industries related to outdoor spaces, such as construction, landscaping and exterior design. The demand naturally fluctuates, which severely complicates marketing strategies and business operations.
This research gives a deep understanding of the processes the seasonal changes influence, showing performance data, statistics, and forecasts, as well as develops a strategy that would help the case company Pikkuna to reduce the impact of stated changes and increase stability of income through the year.
