Tiivistelmä
The thesis begins with an introduction and discusses the importance of roadtransport in global logistics and supply chains. Then, consider how micro-sized businesses contribute significantly to this large sector. The study question and conceptual framework are then developed in light of the financial and operational concerns that those organizations face. Based on the literature analysis, the researcher assessed the risks, including their RPN and crucial value. Following the response from the interview, the researcher prepares a risk assessment chart for the case company as well as a risk priority categorization.
As part of the second phase of the thesis, the researcher was required to analyze the income statement and, based on the results, create a pessimistic scenario for the company; however, based on the income statement results, the company's financial situation is negative enough that a pessimistic scenario was unnecessary. Instead, the researcher developed a budget-friendly risk mitigation plan for the company and provided some advice for improving the income statement, which the organization might implement in the near future.
