Lauhdelämpö osana tehdashallin lämmitystä

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli selvittää Ulvilan tehtaan prosessiveden jäähdytysjärjestelmän rakenne sekä jäähdytysprosessista syntyvän lauhdutuslämmön ja tehon suuruus. Kohteen jäähdytysprosessista syntyvän lauhdelämmön määrä selvitettiin. Selvityksen jälkeen pohdittiin lauhdelämmön hyödyntämistä tehtaan B-hallin lämmittämiseen sekä rinnakkaista lämmitysvaihtoehtoa tukemaan lauhdelämmöstä jäävää lämmitysvajetta. B-hallin energiantarve ratkaistiin Suomen rakentamismääräyskokoelman osan D5 mukaan.

The aim of this Bachelor’s thesis was to solve the structure of the process water system and the quantity of condensing heat efficiency generated from the cooling process at Oy KWH Pipe Ab Ulvila factory. The quantity of condensing heat efficiency generated from the cooling process was defined. After the survey it was considered how to utilize condensing heat to heat the B hall of Ulvila factory. Moreover, corresponding types of heating systems to support the heat loss from condensing heat were discussed. The energy need of the B hall was solved by using the Finnish Code of Building Regulations, part D 5.
