Tilinpäätösanalyysi : Euro-Suomen Eristäjät Oy

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön tavoitteena on tehdä tilinpäätösanalyysi Euro-Suomen Eristäjät Oy:lle. Tilinpäätösanalyysi on tehty yrityksen vuosien 2011–2015 tilinpäätöstietoihin perustuen. Euro-Suomen Eristäjät Oy:n toimiala on lämpö-, tärinä- ja äänieristeiden asennus. Yritys on perustettu vuonna 1989 ja sen toimipaikkana toimii Turku. Analyysissä on keskitytty hyvän kokonaiskuvan saamiseen yrityksen taloudellisesta tilanteesta. Opinnäytetyön teoriaosuus pohjautuu alan kirjallisuuteen sekä lainsäädäntöön. Teoriassa on keskitytty kertomaan yleisellä tasolla tilinpäätöksen vaatimuksista ja millaisista eri osista tilinpäätös koostuu. Lisäksi esitellään tilinpäätösanalyysin tekoa ja sen merkitystä yritykselle. Lopuksi kerrotaan vielä tässä tilinpäätöksessä käytettävistä analyysimenetelmistä ja niiden tulkinnasta. Varsinainen Euro-Suomen Eristäjät Oy:n tilinpäätös käsittää prosenttimuotoisen tilinpäätöksen trendianalyysin ja tunnuslukuanalyysin. Tunnusluvuiksi on valittu oleellisia tunnuslukuja kannattavuuden, vakavaraisuuden ja maksuvalmiuden saralta. Euro-Suomen Eristäjät Oy:n toiminnan voidaan sanoa olevan vakaalla pohjalla, siitä huolimatta että yrityksen tuloksissa on suurta vaihtelevuutta tarkastellulla ajanjaksolla ja sen kannattavuus voisi olla paremmalla tasolla. Kuitenkin sen vakavaraisuus ja maksuvalmius ovat erittäin hyvällä tasolla. Lisäksi Euro-Suomen Eristäjät Oy:n pääomarakenne on hyvä ja sen pohjautuu suurimmalta osin omaan pääomaan.

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to perform the financial statements analysis for Euro-Suomen Eristäjät Oy. The financial statements analysis has been done based on the company´s financial statement information from 2011–2015. The branch of Euro-Suomen Eristäjät Oy is installing heat-, tremor- and sound insulators. The company was founded in 1989 and it operates from Turku. The focus of this analysis is to have a good general view on the financial state of the company. The theoretical part of this thesis is based on literature of the field and legislation. The theoretical part concentrates on telling about the requirements and the parts of financial statement in a general level. Performing of the financial statement analysis and the meaning of it to the company is also presented in the thesis. The theoretical part is concluded by telling the methods used in the thesis and how they must be interpreted. The actual financial statement analysis of Euro-Suomen Eristäjät Oy consists of percentage scale financial statement, trend analysis and key figure analysis. The chosen key figures are essential ones from profitability, solvency and liquidity. The financial situation of Euro-Suomen Eristäjät Oy is stable although there is much variability between the results of the company on the examination period. Also the profitability of the company could be in a better level. However the solvency and liquidity are in a very good level. Also the capital structure of the company is good and it is mostly based on equity.
