Planering och design av en mässmonter-modell för Axxell

Abstract

Examensarbetet presenterar planeringen och designen av en mässmonter för Axxell. Slutprodukten är en mässmonter-modell som kommer att användas vid mässor och övriga evenemang som Axxell kommer att delta i. Målsättningen och syftet med detta examensarbete är att planera och designa en intresseväckande och tilltalande mässmonter-modell som ger mera synlighet för företaget och effektiverar marknadsföringen. Viktiga krav är att montern skall vara lätt att transportera och den kan anpassas till storlek och utseende utgående från vilken typ av mässa det är. Teoridelen behandlar sådant som är viktigt att tänka på vad gäller planering av en mässmonter och hur monterpersonalen skall agera under mässan för att företaget skall nå bästa möjliga resultat.

This thesis describes the planning and design of an exhibition stand for the vocational school Axxell. The product is an exhibition stand that will be used during the events that Axxell participates in. The objective with this thesis is to plan and design an interesting and attractive model for an exhibition stand which will bring visibility to the company and make marketing more effective. The new model will also help to save time, as it will be easy to put up and take down. Other important requirements are that the stand should be easily transportable, and that the look and size can be modified according to the type of event. In the theoretical part I will examine aspects that are important to consider when planning a stand, and how the staff should act and conduct themselves during an event so that the company can achieve the best result. In chapter 6 I will more closely describe my outset and how I have achieved my result.
