Yhteistyön toimintamalli linjasaneerausprojektissa

Abstract

Opinnäytetyössä perehdyttiin linjasaneerauksen osapuolten välisiin asioihin ja yhteistyöhön. Kuinka ne liittyvät toisiinsa, ja kuinka vastuut ja velvollisuudet jaetaan yhteistyön onnistumisen puitteissa. Perustelujen apuna käytettiin rakennusalan yleisiä sopimusehtoja.

Yleisenä tarkoituksena oli toteuttaa toimintamalli, jolla pyritään auttaa ja opastaa korjausrakentamiseen ryhtyviä kokemattomampia osapuolia. Avata käsitettä ja luoda yhteisymmärryksellistä pohjaa prosessin laajaan yhteistyöverkostoon.

Keskeisiä asioita ja toimintatapoja havainnollistetaan työmaalla tapahtuvien käytäntöjen ja esimerkkien avulla. Työssä esitellään myös kysely, joka liittyy linjasaneerausprosessin osallisten yhteistyöhön ja sen tärkeyteen. Siihen vastanneet olivat pääosin rakennusalan työnjohtajia. Kysely tuo tärkeytensä esille työssä esiintyvien väitteiden todistamiseksi.

This Thesis tells about teamwork between main contractor and client. It also delves into different things, between these authors and many other authors during a reconstruction process. Before, during and after the process. But mainly it’s about the basics of how co-operation works during this process.

The concept of teamwork is considered in a proper scale, not as it should or would work at a normal construction site, when you build something new. This is also being noticed in this thesis that constructing something new doesn’t mean reconstructing is the same thing. Especially when there are inhabitants included.

This thesis opens up thoughts and questions what the reader itself might have. It also tells about different solutions and methods, like how and what to do when you are in this process as a client, main contractor, subcontractor, inspector, designer or an inhabit-ant. Most likely to solve complications or methods between these authors.

The content is found on teamwork in a nutshell at first and what other things it includes. For example, responsibilities with different authors. After that it opens up the way, how a reconstruction site project works, and what different methods, hints or responsibilities comes up between these authors during the process. Last we will talk about results of an inquiry between other contractors in Finland Tampere and also why this was found as a thesis project.
