Tiivistelmä
The thesis is written for the own company PROMTECHENERGO Co. Ltd, located in St Petersburg, Russia. The purpose of the thesis is to discover opportunities for remodeling the business of the company in digital and to find possibilities of constructing the online visibility for the company. The objectives of the present Bachelor’s thesis are: (1) to review the current theory in digital marketing and observe the current marketing trends. Information was acquired from books, e-books, articles, professional e-zines, websites, and blogs; (2) to understand the current company’s situation by carrying out a qualitative and quantitative research through primary and secondary data; (3) to evaluate the results from the survey and interviews, and acknowledging the theory, to find the best solutions from utilizing online marketing channels. In the terms of expanding the market for the company, an opportunity is considered to think of possibilities to enter the Chinese market in the future; (4) to develop online marketing strategy and development plan to remodel the business of the company in digital.

The present thesis consists of six chapters. Each chapter is structured in the logical order with the purpose to connect theoretical methods with empirical approaches in order to fulfill the stated objectives and to answer the research question “What would be the best digital method to remodel the business for company X to be visible online?”

The results from the research will benefit the company and help to implement the offered online marketing strategies into practice.
