Pris och kvalitetsskillnader vid rörrenovering

Abstract

Detta slutarbete behandlar prisskillnader och kvalitetsskillnader mellan de två olika metoderna, stambytes renovering och rörinfodring, i linjesaneringsbranschen. Byggbranschen brukar delas in i två delar, renoveringssidan och nybyggnadssidan. Ett av de största områdena på renoveringssidan är linjesanering. För närvarande råder högkonjunktur i byggbranschen i huvudstadsregionen i Finland och på renoveringssidan antar man att högkonjunkturen kommer att fortsätta fram till 2025 på linjesaneringssidan. Många människor som renoverar sina lägenheter är inte införstådda med vad som kommer att hända när deras lägenheter skall renoveras. Det kan vara svårt att få en helhetsbild av linjesaneringar på grund av de många arbetsmomenten, prisskillnader eller till och med skillnader mellan material. Det är svårt att jämföra de här metoderna eftersom de inte utlovar samma sak. Oftast börjar en stor linjesanering med ett litet hål i vattenrören eller avloppsrören som ger upphov till stora kostnader för husbolaget och försäkringsbolaget. När sedan arbetet börjar måste allt vara klart för alla inblandade, annars kan kostnaderna rusa iväg och det är inte roligt att få en ny hög extrakostnad för att man glömde att byta vattenrören/elkablarna när man ändå gjorde en dyr renovering för en liten tid sedan. Arbetet bygger på kundens perspektiv: vad kunden borde veta när en linjesanering planeras.

Abstract: This thesis examines are made to take up price and quality differences between two of the most common piping renovation methods in Finland. Pipe renewing where they take out the old pipes and put new pipes in place of the old pipes, the second method is relining. The construction industry is usually said to be divided into two parts, renovation and new construction. In the renovation side, sewage piping renovation are one of the biggest parts of the renovation side. Right now, we have a boom in the construction industry in Finland, on the renovation side it’s going to continue until 2025 within the piping renovation. Many of the people who are renovating their apartments pipes are not familiar about what’s going to happen and what’s the best choices for them always. It could be difficult for people to understand the way the work is planned and executed if you are not having a background within the construction industry because there are many different working moments, price differences and material differences It is not hard to compare these methods equally because they are not promising the same results. Usually a big pipe renovation starts with a little hole in the water pipes or in the sewage pipes that gives big expenses to house/insurance company. When the renovation starts then everything must be ready. So that the house company not have to do another expensive renovation because of forgetting renewing water pipes/ electricity cables. Otherwise it can be very costly if you still did a renovation a little while ago. This work is to be seen in the eye of the customer. What a customer should know when a sewage piping planning is to be planned.
