Opetuskorjaamon toiminnan kehittäminen : Työnvastaanoton työohjeen laatiminen

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön tilaajana toimii Koulutuskeskus Sedu Törnäväntien auto-osasto. Työn taustalla on Törnäväntien auto-osastolle käynnistettävä opiskelijavetoinen työnvastaanotto. Uudenlainen oppimisympäristö vaatii opettelua sekä opiskelijoilta että opettajilta. Toimiessaan oikein työnvastaanotto tulee lisäämään todellisten asiakaspalvelutilanteiden oppimista ja samalla opiskelijoiden vastuunottaminen omista ja muiden töistä lisääntyy. Asiakaspalvelu on yksi tärkeä osa-alue, joka ajoneuvoasentajan tulee hallita. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli luoda opetuskorjaamon työnvastaanottoon työohje. Opinnäytetyön kirjallisessa osuudessa perehdytään korjaamoprosessiin, esimiesmäiseen työskentelyyn sekä prosessijohtamiseen. Työn tilaajan ollessa am-matillinen oppilaitos liittyy opinnäytetyön teoriaosioon oleellisesti pedagogiikka. Ammatillisen koulutuksen reformi on otettu käyttöön juuri tämän opinnäytetyön kirjoittamisen aikaan, joten sen ottaminen huomioon teoriaosiossa oli hyvin ajan-kohtaista. Opinnäytetyön tuloksena valmistui kirjallinen työohje työnvastaanottoon. Työohjetta laatiessa otettiin huomioon teoriassa esitettyjä asioita, kuten korjaamoprosessi. Työohjeen luomisessa pyrittiin ottamaan huomioon erilaisten oppijien tarpeet. Työohje toimii opettajien opetusmateriaalina heidän käydessään teoriassa läpi työnvastaanotossa toiminen. Opiskelijoille työohje toimii ohjenuorana, jonka avulla heidän on helpompi työskennellä työnvastaanotossa. Työohjetta ei julkaista tämän opinnäytetyön julkisessa versiossa.

This thesis was ordered by the vehicle sector of Koulutuskeskus Sedu Törnäväntie. At the educational repair shop they are starting a new student operated work reception where the students practice taking responsibility of the customer service process. This type of new learning environment requires adjustments both from the students and their teachers. When functioning as planned the work reception will improve students’ learning in customer service situations as well as their ability to take responsibility of different tasks in the repair shop. Customer service plays a significant part in the work of a car mechanic. The aim of this thesis was to create a manual for the educational repair shop. The theoretical part concentrated on the repair workshop process at Sedu Törnäväntie, superior like working methods and process management. The pedagogical point of view is significant because the thesis is commissioned by a vocational school. The reformation of vocational education was also introduced in the theoretical part of this thesis because it had been put into practice during this thesis project. A student manual for the customer service was the result of this thesis. While writing the manual, the theoretical issues, such as the workshop process were taken into account. The aim was to consider the students’ different needs and abilities to learn while making the manual. This student manual works as teaching material for the vocational teachers while going through the theory of customer service work with their students. For the students this is the manual which helps them to learn how to work in customer service.
