Tiivistelmä
This thesis deals with the implementation of a digital way of working for a company that works with rental apartments. The main objectives are to improve UX/UI, develop a digital presence and transform current paper-based processes by implementing available technologies. Most of the technologies used are open source or free to the general public.
The thesis is divided in 4 main sections. It starts by presenting the partners and project objectives, followed by a theoretical background to ground the development. The empirical part presents the project decisions, developments and results of questionnaires and key performance indicators measured for 2-3 years before the development and after the development. The fourth part is a conclusion based on the results presented in the third section.
