Ikäihmisten turvallisuusteknologia ja teknologiajärjestelmät sähköistyksen näkökulmasta

Abstract

Opinnäytetyössä perehdyttiin yleisimpiin ikäihmisten turvallisuusteknologioihin ja niiden sähköistykseen. Työssä esitellään yleisimpiä turvajärjestelmiä ja niiden sähköistystä osaksi isompaa palvelutalo kokonaisuutta. Työssä esitellään myös yleisimpiä järjestelmien ohjaus- ja valvontatapoja. Työ toteutettiin tutustumalla yleisimpiin turvajärjestelmiin ja niiden ohjaamistapoihin.

Työn tarkoituksena oli koostaa informaatiopaketti palvelutalo ja vanhainkotipalveluiden tarjoajille, jotta heidän on helpompi saneeraus ja rakennusvaiheessa pyytää erilaisia turvallisuusteknologia tuotteita. Työn tarkoituksena oli myös tuottaa tilannekuva olemassa olevista teknologiaratkaisuista sekä niiden ohjausmenetelmistä palvelutalo- ja vanhainkotipalveluiden tarjoajille ja rakennuttajille sekä järjestelmien sähköistäjille.

This work presents the most common safety technologies used in elderly care homes and discusses how to electrify them to be part of the bigger assisted living facility. In addition, the thesis presents the most common ways of controlling and monitoring the systems. This thesis was executed by investigating and presenting the most gen-eral safety technology solutions and their controlling methods.

The purpose of the thesis was to compose an information package for service provid-ers of elderly care facilities and nursing homes to ease the procurement process relat-ed to safety technology while performing rebuild and construction. Additional pur-pose was to describe the current technologies on the market as well as their control-ling method in order to help service providers, constructors and electricians take these systems in to account in their context.
