Tiivistelmä
Syftet med detta examensarbete var att presentera olika problem som kan uppstå med grundkonstruktioner, främst på egnahemshus, radhus och våningshus eftersom de ofta har en liknande grunduppbyggnad. Till största delen så kommer jag att gå igenom fuktproblem och hur man åtgärdar dem på äldre hus samt hur man undviker dem inom nybyggnation.
Jag kommer att gå igenom grundkonstruktioner med krypgrunders och torpargrunders typiska skador och hur man åtgärdar och undviker skador i dem. De andra grundtyperna som jag kommer att gå igenom i detta examensarbete är markliggande betonggolv med överliggande samt underliggande isolering: endera med grundsula eller med kantförstyvad betongplatta på mark. Källarväggar och källargolv kommer jag att bekanta mig med i ett skilt kapitel.
Bakgrunden till examensarbetet är mitt intresse för varför det förekommer så mycket problem i grundkonstruktionerna i våra byggnader idag. Intresset har jag fått ifrån mitt tidigare arbete, där jag har sanerat, undersökt och gjort fuktmätningar i golvkonstruktioner. Jag har således sett en hel del med problem som kan uppstå i krypgrunderna, källare och i markliggande betonggolv.
Arbetet består av en teoridel, där jag har gått igenom de nämnda riskkonstruktionerna. The purpose of this Bachelor’s Thesis was to present different problems that can emerge in foundation constructions, especially on villas, row house and apartment buildings, because they often have a similar foundation construction. For the most part I’m going to go through moisture problems and how to fix them and how to avoid them in new constructions.
This work will cover foundation constructions built with crawl space and the typical damages they have and how to avoid damages in them. Other foundation constructions in this Bachelor’s Thesis is land laying concrete floors with the isolation on top or under the concrete. Cellar walls and floors will be discussed in a separate chapter.
The thesis consists of a theoretical part, where risk constructions were presented.
The reason for choosing this subject is my own interest in why there are so many problems with our foundation nowadays. The interest I have gotten from my earlier work, there I have decontaminated, investigated and done moisture measurement on floor constructions. I have thus seen a lot of problems that can arise in the crawl spaces, cellars and in land laying concrete floors.
