Toimintamallin suunnittelu ja toteutus asennuspalvelulle

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön kirjoitus toteutettiin päiväkirjamuotoisena 19 viikon aikana. Ensimmäinen merkintä on viikolta 12 ja viimeinen viikolta 36. Työssä kuvataan kohdeyrityksessä toimivan asennuspalvelun palveluprosessin parannusta Lean & Six Sigma ongelmaratkaisumallilla. Ongelmaratkaisumallina käytetään DMAIC-menetelmää. Työtä tehtiin viikon jaksoissa, jolloin kirjattiin viikon aikana saadut tulokset ylös. Loppuyhteenvetona analysoitiin tarkemmin viikon saavutuksia. Työssä perehdyttiin asennuspalveluprosessissa esiintyvien juuri- ja ydinsyiden etsintään, jotka aiheuttavat hajontaa prosessissa. Prosessissa esiintyvän hajonnan aiheuttajat tunnistettiin ja suunniteltiin näille parannustoimenpiteet. Parannusvaiheen toteutuksen loppuun saattamisesta ja ohjausvaiheesta tehtiin yritykselle suunnitelma sen toteuttamisesta.

The writing of the thesis was carried out as a diary in a 19-week format. The first entry is from week 12 and last week 36. The work describes the improvement of the service process of the installation service in the target company with the Lean & Six Sigma problem solution model. The problem solving model was the DMAIC method. The work was done in the week's sequences, recording the results obtained during the week. In the final summary the week's achievements were analyzed more thoroughly. This thesis explored the root reason of the installation service process that will cause disper-sion to the process. The factors causing dispersion were identified and improvement measures were designed. An implementation plan was made for the company for the completion of the implementa-tion phase and the control phase.
