Planering av datanätverk för byggnadsplats

Abstract

Lärdomsprovets syfte var att skapa ett enkelt och fungerande Windows- nätverkslösning för behovet på en byggarbetsplats. Arbetet skall även hjälpa en icke-datakunnig person att själv kunna koppla ihop de olika komponenter som behövs, samt att konfigurera dessa. Detta med hjälp av förståelig text och bilder. Arbetet började med att ta reda på hurudan nätverkslösning som bäst passar för en byggplats, vilka saker som bör prioriteras och vilka som inte är väsentliga. Dessutom granskades även hur man kostnadseffektivt med kvalitetsprodukter kan bygga upp ett nätverk, som både är lätt att sköta och lätt att förstora vid eventuellt behov. Målet var att göra det hela så enkelt som möjligt samt så användarvänligt som möjligt. Som målgrupp i arbetet används byggfirman Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Forsström och deras nätverksbehov på sina byggplatser.

The purpose of this thesis was to create a simple and working Windows network solution for the needs of a construction site. This thesis will also help a non-computer person to be able to connect and configure the network himself with the help of an understandable text and pictures. The work began by finding out what kind of network solution would be the best for the construction site, which things should be prioritized and which things would not be essential. In addition, cost effective and quality components where used to build this network to be both easy to administrate and easy to enlarge if necessary. The goal was to make things as easy as possible, and as user friendly as possible. The target company for this work was Lemminkäinen Talo Oy Forsström and the network needs at their construction sites.
