This thesis studies the benefits of an international internship and its role in the development of professional identity of students studying or having completed a degree in business.
Business student’s professional identity development, international internships as a phenomenon and the role of universities in preparing students for future work life is being studied with the aim of creating a versatile wholesome from the process.
