Tiivistelmä
The purpose of this work was to create an easily accessible guideline of the youth football coaching principles, stages and environment in FC Reipas. The idea for the work came directly from FC Reipas as a request through the needs of the club.
The target groups of the poster are the coaches of the club, the junior players themselves, the parents.
The poster itself has simple “at-a-glance” structure: columns for age groups, rows for topics. It describes all aspects of the progress and steps that a player goes through in growing up and developing as a footballer, both generally and some club specific details as well.
