Tiivistelmä
Tässä insinöörityössä selvitettiin parhaita käytäntöjä luotettavan kustannusarvion luomiseksi. Työn ohessa luotiin myös työohje sekä päivitettiin kustannusarviotyökalun vanhentuneita hintatietoja. Työ tehtiin Neste Engineering Solutions Oy:n sähkötoiminnolle.
Työssä pureuduttiin aluksi yleisesti kustannusarvioihin ja niiden luomiseen. Teoria osuuden jälkeen tutustuttiin myös muihin kaupallisiin ratkaisuihin. Työohje luotiin, koska työkalun käyttöön liittyvät hyväksi todetut työtavat ja ohjeet eivät olleet dokumentoidut.
Nestimator-työkalun hintatiedot päivitettiin, jotta jatkossakin voidaan tuottaa laadukkaita ja tarkkoja kustannusarvioita. The purpose of this thesis was to find out the best practice methods for creating a reliable cost estimate operation. Also, internal work instructions were created, and the outdated price data’s in the cost estimate tool were updated. The work was done for the electrical department in Neste Engineering Solutions Oy.
Theoretical part of the work focused on the basis and process of cost estimate operation. After the theory part, work focused on the other commercial solutions. The internal work instructions were created because of the proven working methods and instructions for using the tool were not documented earlier.
The price information for the Nestimator tool was updated to allow to produce high-quality and accurate cost estimates also in the future.
