Perehdytyskansio Hotelli Amadon vastaanottoon

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön aiheena oli tuottaa päivitetty perehdytyskansio porilaisen Hotelli Amadon vastaanottoon. Päivitetyn perehdytyskansion on tarkoitus toimia apuvälineenä uutta vastaanoton työntekijää perehdytettäessä, sekä apuvälineenä kaikille työntekijöille tarpeen vaatiessa. Tavoitteena oli tehdä perehdytyskansiosta tarpeeksi kattava, mahdollisimman helppokäyttöinen sekä helpommin päivitettävä versio vanhaan perehdytyskansioon nähden. Tavoitteena oli ottaa uudessa perehdytyskansiossa myös työturvallisuus entistä enemmän huomioon ja tuottaa kansiosta turvallisuuspainotteinen kokonaisuus.

Työn kirjallinen osuus sisältää tietoa toimeksiantajayrityksestä sekä pereh-dytyskansiosta ja siihen tehdyistä muutoksista. Kirjallisessa osuudessa esitellään myös toimeksiantajayritys Hotelli Amado ja hotellin vastaanoton toimintaa, vastaanottovirkailijan työnkuva sekä asiakkaan palvelupolku. Kirjallisessa osuudessa perehdytään myös työturvallisuuteen ja työturvallisuuslakiin ja esitellään valmistuneen perehdytyskansion sisältöä ja koko opinnäytetyöprosessia ja sen loppuun saattamista.

Aineistoa opinnäytetyötä varten saatiin pääosin aihetta käsittelevästä kirjallisuudesta, muutamista internetlähteistä sekä haastattelemalla Hotelli Amadon vastaanoton esimiestä ja työntekijöitä. Opinnäytetyöprosessin aikana tuotettiin ensin työn toiminnallinen osuus, jonka jälkeen kirjoitettiin kirjallinen osuus valmistuneen perehdytyskansion pohjalta.

The subject of this thesis was to produce an updated orientation folder for the reception of Hotel Amado in Pori. An updated orientation folder is supposed to help with the orientation of new employees and as an aid to all employees when needed. The aim was to make the orientation folder sufficiently comprehensive, as easy to use as possible and easier to update than the old orientation folder. The goal was also to take a closer look at work sa-fety in the new orientation folder and to produce a safety-focused package.

The written part of the thesis contains information about the client company and the orientation folder and the changes made to it. The written part also includes the function of the hotel, the receptionist´s job description and the customer´s serving path. The written part also introduces the Occupational Safety and Occupational Safety Act and itroduces the content of the completed orientation folder and the entire thesis process and its completion.

The material for the thesis was mainly obtained from the literature on the subject, a few internet sources and by interviewing the supervisor and the employees of Hotel Amado´s reception. During the thesis process, the functional part of the work was first produced, followed by the written part which was written on the basis of the completed orientation folder.
