Nativprojektioner: Bildkvalitet och en bildtagningsjämförelse på nativröntgen mellan två centralsjukhus i Österbotten

Abstract

Syftet med detta examensarbete är att beskriva olika arbetssätt på nativröntgen vid olika sjukhus genom att jämföra föreskrifter och på det viset kanske hjälpa andra som studerar till röntgenskötare att förstå att det fotograferas vissa nativprojektioner av samma del på kroppen olika på olika sjukhus, och varför. Vi har gjort en jämförelse av hur nativprojektioner fotograferas mellan två centralsjukhus i Österbotten, Vasa centralsjukhus och mellersta Österbottens centralsjukhus. Vi kom fram till resultatet att det är rätt stor skillnad mellan dessa två sjukhus. Endast några av protokollen använde samma projektioner.

Vi har också tagit fasta på bildkvalitet och vad det innebär samt vilka kriterier som ska uppfyllas för en bra bild.

Som metod använde vi oss av litteratur, vetenskapliga artiklar samt Vasa centralsjukhus egna nativföreskrifter, Helsingfors universitetssjukhus och Uleåborgs universitetssjukhus internetsidor.

The Purpose of this thesis is to describe different methods of imaging at different hospitals by comparing their protocols and in that way maybe help other radiography students to understand that they can take different projections of the same body part in different ways at different hospitals, and why. We have done a comparison of how conventional x-ray projections are taken at two central hospitals in Ostrobothnia, Vaasa central hospital and Keski-Pohjanmaan central hospital. We found that there is quite a big difference between these two hospitals, only a few of the protocols used the same projections.

We have also focused on picture quality and the implications of this as well as which criteria a good x-ray must meet.

We used literature as our method a long with scientific articles and Vaasa central hospitals own directions, Helsinki university hospitals and Oulu university hospitals web pages.
