Valesokkelin korjaamisen eri menetelmät

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön aiheena on valesokkelin erilaiset korjausmenetelmät. Valesokkelin korjaamisen menetelmiä ovat rakennuksen sisältäpäin tehtävät menetelmät ja ulkoapäin tehtävä Laho-Stop tuotteella tehtävä korjaustapa. Valesokkelin korjaamisessa on tärkeää valita oikea korjausmenetelmä tapauskohtaisesti. Opinnäytetyössä käsitellään valesokkelin korjaaminen rakennuksen sisältäpäin perinteisellä muurausmenetelmällä, valesokkelin korjaaminen valesokkelikengällä, termotuotteilla, terästassulla ja rakennuksen ulkopuolelta Laho-Stop korjausmenetelmällä. Valesokkelin korjausrakentamisessa täytyy korjata rakennuksen perustukset, valesokkeli ja ulkoseinä välipohjaan asti, siten että rakennuksen rakenteet saadaan teknisesti toimivaksi. Valesokkelia korjattaessa on otettava huomioon myös sisäväliseinien korjaaminen. Lisäksi korjausrakentamisen tapaan vaikuttavat rakennuksen julkisivumateriaalit. Valesokkelirakennetta korjattaessa täytyy saattaa perustuksen salaojitukset, kapilaarikatkot sekä,- pysty- ja vaakaeristykset rakennusteknisesti toimiviksi. Kivi- ja maa-ainekset vaihdetaan ja maanpinta muotoillaan rakennuksesta poispäin viettäväksi. Opinnäytetyön tilaajana on Jyväskylän kuljetus ja rakennus Oy. Opinnäytetyön tuloksia yritys hyödyntää yritystoiminnassaan.

The subject of the thesis was to study how to renovate and repair a socle in a building using different repair methods. The hidden socket repair methods include inside the building methods and from the outside of the building repair using the Laho-Stop product. When repairing, it is important to choose the correct repair method on a case by case basis. The thesis dealt with the repair of a hidden socket inside a building using traditional masonry, thermoproducts, steel outrigger pads and LahoStop repair method outside the building. Laho-Stop is a patented product for renovation. In the case of repairing a hidden socket, the foundations of the building, the concealed socket and the exterior wall up to the floor must be repaired so that the building structures and technically functional. When repairing concealed shades, the repair of interior partitions must also be considered. In addition, the way the building is renovated is influenced by the building's facade materials. When repairing the hidden socket, the drainage of the foundation, capillary breaks, vertical and horizontal insulation must be made technically functional. Stones and soil are replaced, and the ground is shaped to be slope away from the building. The thesis was assigned by Jyväskylän kuljetus ja rakennus Oy. The company will utilize the results of the thesis in its business operations.
