Perehdytys : case: Raision Tilitoimisto Oy

Abstract

Tämän toiminnallisen opinnäytetyön aiheena on perehdytys. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena on selkeyttää ja yhtenäistää toimeksiantajayrityksen perehdytyskäytäntöjä. Toiminnallisen opinnäytetyön lopputuloksena syntyy tuotos, joka tässä tapauksessa on perehdytyskansio toimeksiantajayrityksen, Raision Tilitoimisto Oy:n käyttöön.

Opinnäytetyön teoriaosuudessa käsitellään perehdytystä yleisesti ja sen tärkeyttä, erilaisia perehdytysmalleja sekä perehdytykseen liittyvää lainsäädäntöä. Toinen kokonaisuus teoriaosuudessa on digitalisaatio ja erityisesti sen luomat mahdollisuudet taloushallinnossa. Teoriassa käsitellään myös sähköisen arkistoinnin mahdollisuuksia kirjallisuuteen ja lainsäädäntöön pohjautuen.

Toiminnallisen opinnäytetyön lopullisena tuotoksena on liitteeksi muodostuva perehdytyskansio. Kyselytutkimuksen, työnantajan toiveiden sekä omien kokemuksien pohjalta koottu perehdytyskansio pitää sisällään uudelle työntekijälle tärkeitä tietoja ja ohjeistuksia. Opas julkaistaan PDF-tiedostona toimeksiantajayrityksen pilvipalvelussa, jolloin se on helposti kaikkien työntekijöiden saatavilla missä ja milloin vain.

Suunnitelmallisen perehdytyksen tärkeys käy ilmi useaan otteeseen opinnäytetyön eri vaiheissa. Vaikka yrityksessä koettaisiin, että suullinen vierihoitoperehdytys on paras keino uuden työntekijän saamiseksi osaksi työyhteisöä, ei tämän opinnäytetyön johtopäätöksenä voida kieltää sitä tosiasiaa, että jonkinlainen kirjallinen tuotos helpottaa kaikkia perehdytyksen osapuolia.

Liite 3 on sovittu salassa pidettäväksi opinnäytetyösopimuksessa, eikä sitä tällöin ole julkaisussa mukana.

The subject of this functional thesis is orientation. The aim of the thesis is to clarify and to unify the orientation practices of the commissioner, Raision Tilitoimisto Oy. The output, which in this case is an orientation folder into use of commissioner, is created as the final result of the functional thesis.

The theoretical part of the thesis deals with orientation and its importance, different orientation models and legislation related to the orientation. The second subject in the theoretical part is digitalization and the possibilities in the financial management created by it. Also the opportunities of electronic filing based on literature and legislation are dealt with in the theoretical part.

The final output of the functional thesis is an orientation folder as an appendix. Based on a questionnaire survey, the employer's wishes and my own experiences the collected orientation folder contains the information and instructions which are important to the new worker. The guide is published as a PDF file in the cloud service of the commissioner. That way it is easily within reach of all the workers at any time.

The importance of the systematic orientation will appear repeatedly at different stages of the thesis. Even if the company experiences that the spoken orientation is the best method to make a new worker part of a work community, as a conclusion of this thesis it cannot be denied that some kind of written output will help all the parties of the orientation.

It has been agreed that appendix 3 is kept in secret based on the commissioner contract and that is why it does not exist along in the publication.
