Tiivistelmä
The aim of this thesis paper to know about employee well-being in the company and how it affects company performance. Employee well-being is really important for any kind of organisation. Good workplace, job satisfaction, work-life balance helps and motivates employees for building positive and emotional engagement with the organisation. And positively engaged employee brings better returns for the company.
