dc.description.abstractTyöurienjohtamisella pyritään tukemaan henkilöstön työhyvinvointia ja samalla voidaan tukea koko organisaation tuloksellisuutta ja hyvinvointia yrityksen strategisten tavoitteiden mukaisesti. (Työterveyslaitos 2019.) Maunulan (2015, 11) mukaan organisaatiosta johtuvia työhön sitoutumista hankaloittava tekijä on se, että työntekijällä ei ole mahdollisuutta kehittyä työssä. Urapolkumallin kehittäminen työnkuvaan sopivaksi, auttaa heti alusta asti työntekijää ymmärtämään kyseisen organisaation urakehitysmahdollisuudet. Kehittämisprojektin tarkoituksena oli tuottaa lähiesimiesten selkeä käsitys Med Group Oy:n yrityksenjohdolle yrityksen nykytilasta, haasteista ja kehitysehdotuksista tulevaisuuden urapolkumallin kehittämiseen. Med Group Oy on sosiaali- ja terveysalan kasvuyritys. Med Groupissa on kaksi liiketoimintaa: ONNI hoiva ja ONNI terveys. (ONNI terveys 2019.) Kehittämisprojektin tavoitteena on työntekijöiden työhyvinvoinnin tukeminen ja osaamisen hyödyntäminen parhaalla mahdollisella tavalla organisaatiossa. Kehittämisprojekti oli kaksiosainen ja tässä työssä käsitellään vain toista osiota. Kehittämismenetelmänä toimi työpaja. Työpajan avulla saatiin tietoa ONNI hoivan tiimiesimiesten ja aluejohtajan odotuksista urakehityksen näkökulmasta, sekä konkreettiset kehitysehdotukset urapolkumallin kehittämiseen liittyen. Keskeisinä tuloksina työpajassa todettiin, että tällä hetkellä hyvinkin erilaisten mahdollisuuksien kautta voidaan nousta uusiin tehtäviin. Oman toiminnan kehittäminen koettiin kuitenkin vaikeaksi, vaikka motivaatiota riittäisikin. Suurimmaksi haasteeksi koettiin ajan puute ja suuri työn määrä. Tulevaisuuden kehitystoiveista suurimpina tuotiin esille työajan parempi suunnittelu sekä mahdollistaminen oman toiminnan kehittämiselle.-
dc.description.abstractCareer management aims to support the well-being of employees at work and at the same time can support the performance and well-being of the entire organization in accordance with the company's strategic goals. (Finnish Institute of Occupational Health 2019.) According to Maunula (2015, 11), a factor that makes it difficult for an organization to result to work is that the employee does not have the opportunity to develop at work. Developing a career path model to fit the job description, helps the employee from the very beginning to understand the career development opportunities of that organization. The purpose of the development project was to provide the immediate supervisors' clear understanding of Med Group's Oy's company management of the company's current status, challenges and development proposals for the development of a future career path model. Med Group Oy is a growth company in the social and health sector. Med Group has two businesses: ONNI Care and ONNI Health. (ONNI health 2019.) The aim of the development project is to support the well-being of employees at work and to use their skills in the best possible way in the organization. The development project was in two parts and only the second part is dealt with in this work. The development method was a workshop. The workshop provided information on the expectations of ONNI caring team leaders and the regional manager from the perspective of career development, as well as concrete development proposition related to the development of the career path model. As the main results of the workshop, it was stated that at present, new tasks can be taken up through very different opportunities. However, developing one's own activities was considered difficult, even if there was enough motivation. The biggest challenge was perceived to be a lack of time and a large amount of work. The greatest development aspirations for the future were better planning of working hours and enabling the development of one's own operations.en
