Tiivistelmä
Tämän opinnäytetyön aiheena on Padel-päivät -urheilutapahtuman järjestäminen. Työ on käsikirja tapahtuman järjestämiseen toimeksiantajalleni Nordic Padel Oy:lle, joka on pääkaupunkiseudulla toimiva liikunta-alan yritys. Opinnäytetyö tehtiin keväällä 2020.
Työn tavoite oli saada selkeä ohje tapahtuman järjestämiseen tulevaisuudessa toimeksiantajalle. Teoriaa opinnäytetyöhön hain erilaisesta kirjallisuudesta ja verkkolähteistä liittyen tapahtuman järjestämiseen ja markkinointiin. Työssä käydään läpi tapahtumaprosessin moniosaiset vaiheet, jotka tulee tehdä onnistuneen lopputuloksen saavuttamiseksi.
Opinnäytetyöstä sen liitteiden kanssa syntyi kattava opas toimeksiantajalleni Padel-päivät -urheilutapahtuman järjestämiseen. Totean johtopäätöksenä opinnäytetyölle, että suunnitteluun on syytä varata runsaasti aikaa ja monivaiheinen tapahtumaprosessi tulee suorittaa huolella onnistuneen lopputuloksen saavuttamiseksi. The topic of this thesis is the organization of the Padel Days sports event. The work is a handbook for organizing the event for my client Nordic Padel Oy, which is a sports company operating in the Helsinki metropolitan area in Finland. The thesis was done in the spring of 2020.
The aim of the thesis was to obtain a clear instruction on how to arrange the event in the future for the client. The theory of the thesis i applied for from different literature and online sources related to the organisation and marketing of the event. The work covers the multi-part stages of the event process that need to be done to achieve a successful outcome.
The thesis with its annexes gave rise to a comprehensive guide for my client to organise the Padel Days sporting event. In conclusion, I conclude that planning needs to be timed for a lot of time and a multi-stage event process needs to be carried out with care to achieve a successful outcome.
