Tiivistelmä
This thesis studies the communication plans written in the diplomatic missions in South East Asia. By studying and comparing the plans, this case study peals out the main communicational messages the Consulate should emphasize. These findings made by content analysis leads to a necessity of identifying the stakeholders and their needs, as well creates the question of optimal message content style and channels used.
