Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyö tehtiin toimeksiantona yritykselle X ja työn tavoitteena on valmistaa kattava perehdytysvideo yrityksen työntekijöille oikeudellisesta perinnästä. Tarkoitukseni on luoda yritykselle uutta perehdytysmateriaalia.
Perehdytys ja perehdytysvideon tekeminen ovat tietoperustan ydin. Tietoperustassa käytiin läpi perehdytyksen eri metodeja ja mitä perehdytykseen kuuluu. Perehdytysvideon tekemisessä käsiteltiin videon teknistä puolta, mitä opetusmenetelmää video noudattaa ja miten video sopii perehdytysmateriaaliksi. Perehdytysvideo on luottamuksellinen eikä sitä julkaista.
Perehdytysvideo muokattiin tarpeisiin sopivaksi, koska eri yksiköt ovat oikeudellisen perinnän kanssa päivittäisessä tekemisisissä. Näiden yksiköiden tarve perehdytysvideolle tuli voimakkaasti esiin haastatteluiden perusteella.
Lopputuotteena valmistui perehdytysvideo, joka on tärkeä aloittavalle työntekijälle ja sopii myös vanhoille työntekijöille niin kuin eri osastoillekkin. Perehdytysvideon luovutuksessa todettiin yksi asiavirhe, mutta toimeksantaja kertoi perehdytysvideon olevan toimeksiannon tarpeen mukainen. The thesis was made as an assignment by company X and the goal of this thesis was to create a conclusive orientation video of legal collection for the employees. The purpose of this thesis was to create new orientation material for the company.
Orientation and making of the orientation video are the core of the knowledge base. Orientation methods and what orientation includes were reviewed in the first main headline. The second headline covered technical points of the video, which teaching methods it follows and how video is suitable for orientation material. Orientation video is confidential and it won’t be published.
Orientation video was adjusted, because different units are covering legal collection on a daily basis. The need for orientation video for these units came out strongly based on interviews.
Orientation video was the finished product, which is important for new employees and is also suitable for older employees as for different company units. In the orientation videos give away one factual error was found, but the mandatory told that the orientation video was accorded to the need of the assignment.
