The commissioner of the thesis, Nazar Nordic AB, has been recruiting destination workers successfully year after year. Their recruitment process is working, but a question was raised if there is space for further improvements.
Successfully planned recruitment is the key to hire suitable and qualified workers to an organization. This thesis introduces the main factors for an efficient and well working recruitment process.
The thesis also investigates the recruitment process of the commissioning party and introduces all its steps. The new applicants of season 2020, who applied to work for Nazar Nordic AB, gave their insights of the recruitment process. Most of them took part in a questionnaire and few of them were interviewed to gain deeper insights of the process for recruitment.
The results showed that the recruitment process of Nazar Nordic AB is efficient, simple and successful. Few improvements to the recruitment process steps were suggested as presented in the discussion chapter.
