This thesis was commissioned by Oy Eniro Finland Ab. Eniro is best known from being one of two major directory services in Finland for past decades and is easily recognized and related to with the number 0100100. Eniro has expanded its services into digital marketing and is providing services in that area. The area has a lot of competition, and the objective of this thesis is to shed light over existing digital marketing products Eniro already provides, as well as unraveling other methods that could be useful sales points for Eniro Finland sales team for digital marketing services.
The author of this thesis is familiar with the marketing and sales procedures of Eniro Finland after working there for an extended period. The author familiarized himself with other useful methods and tools regarding digital marketing, services one could offer regarding those and situational examples where they could prove to be advantageous.
By using data from different sources from existing literature, online articles and databases and an interview with a familiar face at Eniro, the author analyzed different digital marketing methods and explained them in this thesis. In this thesis, one can find several good points for selling digital marketing services to customers, and the insight in chapters helps the reader to understand the usefulness of different tools from marketers and customers points of view.
