The use of information technology and its alignment with business strategies in international business: case of Finland MNC’s

Abstract

There are a number of multinational corporations who are looking for a transformation in their business strategies to adopt new technologies for the elusiveness of the company. There is a proper perceived advantage when it comes to categorization of variables such as cross-sector survey, organizational alignment, and globally integrated software for managing business more efficiently. This report has served the basis for a number of outcomes such as identification of suitable IT-based solutions for international businesses, measurable goals for attaining software for international businesses, reflection on Finland's business case studies, and identification of the security levels for managing international business integration on IT infrastructure. The design of the research relates to the overarching plan for combining the numerous components of the research cohesively and rational manner, thus ensuring that the research challenge is solved effectively; it forms the model for data collection, evaluation, and review. Within this paper, the research design consists of an inductive approach. The finding of this paper is based on the reflection and data that was collected while researching about the suitable platform; in the present business environment, domestic or international every business prefers moving their activities and operations on the enterprises' resources planning platforms and adjusting it according to their business operations.
